RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Overview
The 100 Club Draw is a monthly prize draw operated under our license in compliance with the Gambling Act. Participants subscribe by paying a monthly fee, which enters them into a draw for cash prizes. The amount of the prize will vary depending on the number of active subscribers.
Once your direct debit is set up you will be contacted via email to be allocated a number.
2. Entry Requirements
Eligibility: The 100 Club Draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. if you win and you are under 18 you will not be able to collect the prize and it will be drawn again.
Subscription Fee: Participants must pay a monthly subscription fee to enter the draw. The fee is payable via direct debit.
Direct Debit Details: Direct debit details will be collected on the 15th of each month to ensure inclusion in the following month’s draw.
3. Payment Conditions
Payment Deadline: Payments must be successfully processed before the first day of the month to be included in the draw for that month.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, the participant will not be included in the draw. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that payment is made before the draw date to remain eligible.
Reinstatement: If a participant misses a payment, they must settle the outstanding amount before the next draw to regain eligibility.
4. Draw Details
Draw Date: The draw will take place on the first Wednesday of every month, at our monthly committee meetings.
Random Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible participants.
Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified directly, and their names WILL be published unless they request anonymity.
5. Prizes
Prize Amounts: Monthly cash prizes will vary based on the number of active subscribers.
Distribution: Prizes will be distributed within seven days of the draw date via bank transfer.
6. Cancellation and Withdrawal
Cancellation by Participant: Participants can cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation will be effective IMMEDIATELY.
Removal from the Draw: Participants who fail to make a payment will be automatically removed from the draw until payment is resumed.
7. Compliance and Licensing
Gambling Licence: This draw is operated in compliance with our license under the Gambling Act.
Responsible Gaming: Participants are encouraged to gamble responsibly. If you need help managing your participation, please contact us for assistance.
8. Data Protection
Confidentiality: All personal and payment information provided by participants will be handled in accordance with data protection regulations.
Usage: Your information will only be used for the administration of the 100 Club Draw.
9. Disputes
Resolution: Any disputes regarding the draw will be resolved by the draw organisers. Their decision is final.
10. Amendments
Changes to Rules: The organisers reserve the right to amend these rules and regulations. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
